Tanks Unplugged May 2018

Tanks Arts Centre - Tank 5

Checking sale status

A Tanks’ series that showcases the best of live and local music. This month proudly presents Jordan De La Cruz, Handles and Maggie Slater.

Debuting at #1 on the iTunes R&B Charts, Jordan De La Cruz’s EP “Road to the Valley” continues to gain momentum through his inspired use of mood and seamless transitions through multiple genres.

Local indie pop rockers Handles have evolved into an energetic 5 piece with a focus on big original tunes and connecting with their audience. Gigging around town with their inventive sets the sky is the limit for these Cairns lads.

The sweet sounds of indie artist Maggie Slater have been compared to the likes of Julia Jacklin and Missy Higgins. After having written music since the age of 13 Maggie’s compositions demonstrate maturity beyond her years.
