Vera Blue, one of Australia’s most exciting breakthrough artists, has announced her first ever headline show in Cairns, after a recent standout performance at Groovin The Moo festival in Townsville.

Following the release of her 2016 EP Fingertips featuring debut single ‘Hold’ (which has reached over 21 million Spotify streams), the unstoppable singer-songwriter’s 2017 ARIA nominated debut album, Perennial, introduced a fully-formed Vera Blue, seamlessly synthesising her folk past with a bold, electronic pop future.

Perennial sees Vera Blue finding arresting new ways to channel a voice Australia has already fallen for. Unflinchingly honest, it’s the album she had to write, with a sound that is entirely her own.

After a huge 2017 playing completely sold out tours across Australia, North America and UK, and multiple festivals including a standout performance at Splendour in the Grass, Vera Blue is happy to be home playing her biggest shows to date.
